SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY 

Aalya Flowers At Aalya Flowers, we prepare and deliver every arrangement with care, keeping freshness and presentation at the heart of our service. Please review the following information before placing your order. 

1. DELIVERY AREAS & CHARGES:  We deliver to serviceable locations across Qatar. • Delivery within Doha: QAR 20 • Delivery outside Doha: QAR 50 The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

2. SAME-DAY DELIVERY: Same-day delivery is available, subject to flower availability, delivery location and available time slots. Please select your preferred delivery date and an available time slot when placing your order. If same-day delivery is unavailable, our team will help arrange the next suitable delivery date with your confirmation.

3. DELIVERY TIMES:  We aim to deliver within your confirmed delivery window. Requests for delivery at an exact time should be discussed with our team before ordering. Traffic, weather, high order volumes or building access restrictions may occasionally affect delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an update and discuss suitable arrangements. All delivery dates and times follow Qatar local time.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS & RECIPIENT AVAILABILITY: Please provide the recipient’s name, a valid mobile number and a complete address, including the zone, street, building and apartment or villa number where applicable. A location pin or landmark is also helpful. Ensure that the recipient or an authorised person is available to receive the flowers. For offices, hotels and hospitals, please confirm that the location can accept deliveries. If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact the recipient or sender before arranging an alternative handover or redelivery. 

5. ADDRESS CHANGES & REDELIVERY: Please contact us promptly if you need to change your delivery details. Changes before dispatch will be accommodated where possible. An incorrect address, unavailable recipient or address change after dispatch may require rescheduling and an additional delivery charge. Any additional charge will be explained and agreed before proceeding. No additional delivery charge applies when a repeat delivery is required because of an error by Aalya Flowers.

6. DELIVERY SUPPORT : If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable Qatar consumer protection law, including any entitlement to a refund of related delivery charges.
